The Top 101 Disney Characters of All-Time (80-71)

A couple of days ago, I started a countdown of the Top 101 Disney Characters of All-Time. So far we have done two installments with the third coming today. In case you missed the first two...
101-91
90-81

And now, characters 80-71
80. Marie
Marie is the most loved character from the Aristocat movie. She can also frequently be spotted at the Disney Parks. I don't even like cats, but I like Marie and Thomas O'Malley. Those two are great Disney characters.

There are three special steps to making this countdown. Step 1 be an awesome character. Step 2 have a lasting impact. Step 3 be loved by millions. Special Agent Oso followed these special rules and made this list. Many parents find him and his show annoying, but my son and I must admit I, love Oso.

78. Iago
Iago is a great character in the Disney Universe that is good and bad at times. Iago was better as a villain in my opinion, but adds a lot as a hero too. This guy was unforgettable in Aladdin. However, some are thrown off by his voice which stopped him from being higher on the list.

Brer Fox is the main villain on the Splash Mountain ride and the Song of the South movie. He is a guy that was in my top 40 until I realized a lot of people didn't know him. Those that know the Fox appreciate his place as a top Disney villain, but the Song of the South isn't Disney's most popular movie. That ride though, it is spectacular.

76. Zazu
Zazu is a bird that gets to order lions around. He also holds up all the other animals in the song I Just Can't Wait To Be King as pictured above. This guy adds a lot to the Lion King franchise and is one of the most underrated characters in all of Disney. Zazu belongs on this morning's report of the best Disney characters.

75. Bruce
Bruce taught everyone that "fish are friends, not food." If that doesn't deserve a spot on the countdown, then what does? This character shocked everyone the 1st time they saw this movie. He is a helpful shark that didn't want to harm the fish. It was the best part of the movie when Bruce and his shark friends were so friendly to the fish in the movie.

74. Terk
The only negative with Terk and honestly why I did not include her in the Top 50 is that she is voiced by Rosie O'Donnell. This character's voice may be annoying, but she adds so much to the story and is Tarzan's best bud. She also leads the trashin' the camp song which is the highlight of the movie. Surely she belongs on this list.

73. Timothy Q. Mouse
Timothy Q. Mouse was a brilliant character that Disney thought up for the movie, Dumbo. He ends up being Dumbo's best and really only friend in the movie. This guy even helps Dumbo fly which eventually reunited him with his mother. What a great character and surely belonging on the countdown.

The White Rabbit is one of the most memorable characters from Alice in Wonderland. He also happens to be at Disney Parks very frequently. This guy is beloved by millions. I couldn't wait too long to put him in the countdown or he would be late...

71. Abu
This monkey from Aladdin is well known across the Disney Universe. He is one of the highest rated non-speaking characters on this countdown as well. Although he does not speak, Abu adds a lot to the Aladdin franchise. If he was featured in the parks and/or toys/stuffed animals more, he would be ranked even higher.

Stay tuned for Part 4 of the Countdown featuring #'s 70-61
